Supporting Young People On Their Journey Towards Independence
Help Young People Thrive Ltd provides tailored support for care leavers and vulnerable young people aged 16 – 25 years. We provide accommodation and tailored support for young people who have been assessed to be able to live independently but also needing some level of support. Help Young People Thrive Ltd provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can maintain their independence while receiving the support they need.
Our Support
Help Young People Thrive Ltd works with local authorities to provide their young people with floating support, and accommodation, for semi-independent young people between the ages of 16 and 25. We support young people in their transition to independence and adulthood by working on aspects that include their basic life skills, behaviour and morals, confidence and self-esteem and respect for self and others. We boast a highly passionate support team, with vast experience and dedication in dealing with young people; bringing the best out of every individual.
Accommodation
Helping Young People Thrive provides high standard, fully furnished, 24 hours staffed supported accommodation for young people. Our accommodation offers a great environment tailored for the needs of young people. Moreover, our homes are strategically located, in easily accessible places close to shops, schools, doctors, parks and other amenities.
